Post WWII the CIA was created under the National Security Council and the National Security Council was created to be under the Vice President. US Representative and anti-Communist Richard Nixon in 1949 in international planning created the CIA architecture and inherited it in 1953 when Eisenhower- Nixon were inaugrauted folling the Truman as President.

The Mafia and Front Groups

The National Security Council legislation and oversight was very wide open and unlimited “Cloak and Dagger” were created. Companies like Zapata were fundedd by the CIA and operated by CIA connected people like George H.W. Bush. Executives like Phillip Twombly of Cocoa-Cola consulted ans supported CIA operation in the Carribeean. The Bugs (Bugsy) and Meyer Mob was a Jewish-American street gang in Manhattan, New York City‘s Lower East Side. It was formed and headed by mobsters Bugsy Siegel and Meyer Lansky during their teenage years shortly after the start of Prohibition. The Bugs and Meyer mob acted as a predecessor to Murder, Inc.

Chauncey Marvin Holt (October 23, 1921 – June 28, 1997) was an American known for claiming to be one of the “three tramps” photographed in Dealey Plaza shortly after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

In a 1991 Newsweek article about Oliver Stone’s JFK, Holt received national attention for various claims he made regarding the assassination of President Kennedy. According to Holt, he was a CIA operative sent to Dallas to deliver phony Secret Service credentials. He also claimed to have worked as an accountant for Meyer Lansky. His account is further explored in his autobiography Self-Portrait of a Scoundrel, which was posthumously released by TrineDay Publishing in August 2013.[1]^{[self-published source?]}

Charles Voyde Harrelson like Chauncey Holt were contract CIA foreign intelligence officers. Like Holt, Harrelson came from Murder Inc., Holt was a pilot and picked out, modified, repainted and flew CIA aircraft from Ray Ryan’s Grace Ranch after the horses were disperesed and the gambling business closed. Charles Harrelson was a contract killer. Because Holt did the plane buying through front companies and he had good artistic skills he was trained and used as the accountant for Meyers Lansky and provides all the documents he retained for the CIA including those from Wililam King Harvey and others tied to Sam Gold, etc.,

The First American Volunteer Group (AVG) of the Republic of China Air Force, nicknamed the Flying Tigers, was formed to help oppose the Japanese invasion of China. Operating in 1941–1942, it was composed of pilots from the United States Army Air Corps (USAAC), Navy (USN), and Marine Corps (USMC), and was commanded by Claire Lee Chennault. Their Curtiss P-40B Warhawk aircraft, marked with Chinese colors, flew under American control. Recruited under President Franklin Roosevelt’s authority before Pearl Harbor, their mission was to bomb Japan and defend the Republic of China, but many delays meant the AVG first flew in combat after the US and Japan declared war.

Chauncey Holt flew in a group much like the Flying Tigers while working to overthrow Guatemala. The US Military used similar pilots and groups to invade Cuba as a covert operation while disguised as local Cuban groups.

The Kennedy Administration

JFK and RFK did not like what they inherited from Eisenhower-Nixon. JM/WAVE Augmented in Florida was placed Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy as Oversight Augmented from the previous lack of control of what the Military Industrial Complex CIA companies were really doing in the dark.

The JFK and RFK assault on the CIA that led to the death of these Dorchester Roman Catholic Irish immigrants families was inevitable and a just fight against the CIA who came at them (and the USA) from below, above, and in a two party system from the side.

Those who used Sam Giacana and other mafia were the Eastern Establishment in Boston who in turn were tied to British Secret Service and illegal techniques Great Britain used against nations they wish to force into being colonies. A long term enemy of the Kennedy family (and the USA) in Plymouth area and the Boston Tea Party Massachusetes led rebellion for indepence from England and its oppression.
